If Faith survived, then wouldn't that make her the original 200 year old baby that was mentioned in the prophecy in Season 3, and could this have anything to.do.with Master Raymond's reasons for taking her away from.her parents?

I find this a stupid plot. Faith died. Mother Hildegard had no reason to lie to Clair about this and Clair held her baby for ours. There is no chance that Faith Fraser survived. She was stillborn.
