Have you ever wondered how much work you didn't get because of the disorganized management technique that's proudly displayed for everyone to admire. I would chuckle at Mike when he quoted labor hours to potential customers. You could pretty much guarantee that for every 100 hours of labor quoted about 30 hours of that is spent looking for parts and tools, lol. Switching to just restoring your cars was probably the best possible decision you could make under the circumstances.

Old tire screwed/bolted to a pallet, four bungies one on each corner. Build a rack 3 levels high and store engines up out of your way! Movable with the fork lift forks and no chaining, dangling dangerous swinging; until its time to put it in a car. Organization isn't a waste of time. You need some.

And he should be in charge of separating making inventory and shelving everything Then a full detailed list with pics of every vehicle out there.. While you short that cabinet of vins! Figure out the money you have in each one, what the cost of finishing, less the parts you already have for everyone of them.. and start building the ones that can be done the cheapest and sit back and manage your build crew's kaos free buddy.. work smart not hard.. you deserve that buddy

Hi Mike, Your a kind and generous person that's being overwhelmed. You're taking care of your wife's Saturn, Connors boat and gave advice to a stranger. I hope you get a chance to think about your business idea of selling rolling shells that are painted and need a home for assembly. Take care. Your wife's car is a Saturn, the sister car to the Pontiac Solstice. Was the Saturn called a Skye ?
