The new Clock of Destiny is a really good item. It is my top 1 among the 11 items of Project NEXT. But some players, I don't know how to describe it, never even look at it. I feel like in their minds, this item is still the same as the old one. This item has 4 stats, two of which are useful passives. It's suitable for Magic Tanks and Mana Hungry Heroes, but no one uses it. I think the biggest reason is that it's difficult to stack. Btw I'm just sharing my CoD users: *Note: Some of them just cooking the builds* Tanks: Hylos, Uranus, Gloo, Gatotkaca(sometimes), Esmeralda, Edith Fighters: Guinevere(Half-Tank), Silvanna, Julian(EXP Half-Tank) Mages: Cyclops(sometimes), Odette(just cooking), Valir(sometimes), Harith(sometimes), Lylia(sometimes), Cecilion, Zhuxin, Alice

CoD on Valir is pretty good since his DoT burn does build up the stacks, and also makes him a little sturdier

I recently main cecilion and noticed that pro builds don't include CoD but when I tried it it's actually better than my favourite item enchanted talisman, I don't worry about mana with the CoD

0:56 that's because this item passive scaled by level. And most roamers are the lowest in inital level and growth. Using this item while roaming has bigger risk of failing if you or your team are on losing side. I would prefer using another useful item that has better sustainability in early for safe measure

Exactly, its a great 1st item when playing EXP Hylos, but as a roam its better to build elegant gen first then build CoD as a 3 or 4th item

I usually go for thunderbelt first, as Hylos can easily stack it, then dominance ice, and CoD after that

When I play Hylos, I always prioritize getting Elegant Gem ASAP. The passive had save me so many times in early game clashes. I just then proceed to build Clock of Destiny after getting Dom Ice and Athenas/Radiant

I don't do COD because I realise hylos is quite squishy as the game progressess and COD doesn't mitigate specific damage( except for higher hp against true damage). Eg. I use antique cuirass against skill-based damage fighter

I am still testing out if elegant gem is a must have even if in a losing position. What i come to conclude is that i do give up thunderbelt in a losing game and go for specific tank item

I always use this item for magical tanks... Hylos, belerick, gatot, gloo, silvana, guinevere, they are suitable with this CoD... I always build this items after thunderbelt or dominance, its good enough to sustain longer, specially for belerick with braves smith, this heroes just walk out through the enemies and got the cod stack easily from his passive...

CoD is one of Hylos' core item, it gives him HP Regen, Mana Regen, HP, Hybrid Defense, and some magic power, and the other of course is being Thunderbelt. I'm surprised no one is building CoD on Hylos, that item combined with Thunderbelt made him extremely tanky in all stages of the game. What also shocked me is that sometimes heroes with Trinity Build also had difficultly melting him down. You can even play him as the EXP or Jungler and just adjust the build accordingly.

Nah ngl Hylos deals more damage than most of the fighters. If you don't have good mobility, you're guarantee to be dead.
