Team insideiim you guys are going a great job and I believe that your channel in terms of content is off the charts but i can't seems to remember you guys interviewing any alumni of other b-schools such as imt, kj som, sibm or tapmi and many more good b-schools. I understand that iims are the Pinnacle of success but not every one can get into these prestigious institutions, so will appreciate if you guys can interview some alumnus of those colleges as well. Thanks for this amazing channel btw

Take a CAT, get admission to top B school, pick top consulting job, after you realise this is not you wanted to do! Join startup ! Sound great. Who stops you to start start up in initial days. why we late to realise our dream,
@gojosan13763 жыл бұрын
I think we should also consider the experience of b school and consulting job that might have given birth to the spark to start your own startup. Yes we can start a startup Without b school and consulting job but these things add lots of shiny balls to your Christmas tree. For eg. Finshots 🙌

Funny fact, Sandeep is referring to a Professor from LBS as his mentor whereas an InsideIIM ad banner gets displayed for mentoring! Can you really compare mentoring by a LBS Professor to an InsideIIM mentor who's probably a grad from Tier 3 Business School?
@InsideIIMKonversations3 жыл бұрын
Hi Piyush, not once have we compared Sandeep's mentor from LBS with our panel of mentors. And just so you know, all the mentors on our panel are from the top B-Schools like INSEAD, ISB, the top IIMs, and more. Thank you.

In general the hours in Financial Services whether it is Consulting IB or conventional audit accounts tax are long. You have to work a lot. Timings are for name only.

Bottom line. Think of these consulting and banking industries where the only actual capital the company has are it's employees ( n maybe some proprietary software and competitive edge), no machinery or the like. So obviously the company is gonna press it's capital to produce value to the max within legal limitations.
