Too far from town, lots of agricultural land cut down to 50*100s. A place where you start from zero, yet the earlier ones are not even 1/4 utilized.

home sweet home you should have gone to the left uone our church new creations ministry . you did not say how safe this area is. i just love it. the cost of land reduces drastically as yu go further you can get up to 1.8 to 2 m .
