Hey, idk if u like steak or not but i cut slices of Bell peppers, The green, red and yellow and Cook them All together in a pan with olive oil, garlic salt, sea salt and pepper and chopped onions. Eat it with the steak..its really good.. or u could do red ones by themselves or however u wanna mix it up.. but try it one day, even if u just cook the Bell peppers without the meat..its still good

Sea salt and etc.. it's really good.. my nephew and nieces Hates Bell peppers and onions.. when I cooked them all steaks I Told them to eat The vegetables with them.. they tried it and got hooked on Bell peppers and onions ever since 😂 I made their food first then as I made mine they kept talking the Bell peppers and onions out the pan eating them and smacking like Gordon Ramsay made it😂 I love cooking.. I got fish recipes ( baked fish with onions and peppers, cooked in olive oil, butter and fresh squeezed lemon 🤤) Steak, chicken and Etc..I just love to cook

I mean it’s very good to be eating healthy, but you’ll never get ripped like a Gorilla. The guts and intestinal system of gorillas are 2-3 times larger than humans, meaning they are able to pull 2-3 times more nutrients from everything they eat than humans.
