I got the APR DQ381 Pend mount on my 8V S3 with the Powerflex Purple Insert and didn't notice any additional NVH. Love this combo, made a difference too. I ran into the same issue the OEM bolt worked for me, the included one was too short.

I’m getting the ROC Euro mount. It’s a solid piece with no bushing at all. I’ve read it has no added NVH.

I saw that unit! I really wasn’t sure how it would play with my subframe since it uses way different bushings and such so I went this route. Looks very interesting though, crazy it doesn’t add any nvh lol

Curious, what is the difference if any, of a dog bone mount and this pendulum mount?

Keeps the engine/transmission from rocking back and fourth. Making shifts faster and smoother, also helps prevent wheel hop which can lead to broken axles and other bits

I wonder if APR could get you a matching length ARP bolt for the dogbone bushing, though I suspect they will be all, "You have an aftermarket subframe, blah blah blah.", about it. I'd contact them if you haven't already. Always great to see how your build is progressing!

Honestly I’ll prolly just go match the bolt size at ace hardware and have a reusable bolt lol but not a bad idea just to hit them up and see if they will provide longer bolts with their kits! Thanks for stopping in and checking out the video! Some more exciting stuff coming up soon!
