Bought this plugin and compared it with my other 30 compressor plugins...it is softer in any sense, smoother, but not punchier or kicking like others. Would use it on single tracks that need smoothing, maybe rarely on a master or mixbus.

Yeah exactly that was my conclusion. Its definitely most useful on buss's!
