There are literally only like 5 or 6 OG characters they could add that can't just be costumes for characters 3.If Z movies or GT were dlc they would've announced it with Daima and Superhero 4.GT has to be in the game because if it wasn't they would've put Uub in the Buu Saga trailer 5.Movies are in the game because Z Bardock is in the game, there's a music track named I Am The Devil, and because Broly and Gogeta are listed as Broly(Super) and Gogeta(Super) Because of all this I think at bare minimum we're getting OG DB, The Ssj4s including Gogeta, and the 3 main Z Movies

it is not hating on GT, gt has great concepts but fails on the execution, the super saiyan 4 should've been the perfect transformation IF EVERY SAIYAN could not control oozaru, but given that almost every single saiyan can do that, why did vegeta not get it earlier than goku? even more, why did vegeta, someone who despises being helped to get power accept bulma's idea to achieve ssj4 by a machine? it is the opposite of vegeta's character, besides that all arcs beside baby are mid, pan is... unbearably annoying, and the only really good thing about gt is the end where goku absorbs the dragon balls onto himself now for super, super has many flaws as well, but one thing you can say about super is: it has a better execution of it's concepts and has arguably the best character development for vegeta and goku in the granolah arc, if you read the manga, wont spoil it here, but the majority of the arguments for super are in the manga, so go read it, you'll enjoy

@@borghot632believe it or not most people don’t give af about manga. At all. The anime and movies are more popular globally than people who read manga. (Most people growing up in 90s viewed DBZ as another cartoon, not a manga adaptation, and movies were theatrical releases which is the ULTIMATE form of media so it’s arguably more important than Manga). And what was presented in the Super ANIME as “good” was literal rehashes and overwriting of the original DBZ story to basically extend it similar to the Disney Star Wars style vs Star Wars Legends lore. If you want to talk manga and say Super Manga is amazing, fine. But when talking about anime, Super just rehashed stories and enemies lol. But I’ll say the ToP was sick.

I think there's still a chance for them to reveal more Super characters and leave space for some OG Dragon Ball and some GT. Since there's 25 spots left. Let's say they keep 10 more slots for more Super characters and some OG dragon ball, for example, Cabba, SSJ Cabba, SSJ2 Cabba, GoD Toppo, Frost, Kid Goku, Ozaru, King Piccolo, Tao Pai Pai and Arale. That's still 15 characters left for GT, so they could be GT Goku, SSJ GT Goku, SSJ3 GT Goku, SSJ4 GT Goku, SSJ4 Vegeta, SSJ4 Gogeta, Baby Vegeta, Baby Vegeta 2, Golden Ozaru Baby Vegeta, Super 17, Syn Shenron, Omega Shenron, Nuova Shenron, GT Pan, and that leaves 1 slot left.

Goku and Vegeta don't do much fighting at the end of Z and neither do Gohan, Goten or Trunks, so it wouldn't really make sense to have them as separate characters from Goku (end) and Vegeta (end).

Why do people act like DLC’s don’t exist??? Of course they gone take advantage of that option. If GT doesn’t show upon release, I guarantee it will on down the line. Just be grateful is all I can say. It’s been a long time coming & look how much they put into it so far. This game is obviously created off of pure Love & Honor for The Sensei himself & respect for his craft’s contribution to us all as a whole. No other fighting games will get any play for a while.
