so here is an idea for the air conditioning situation....what you do is you put in a window unit and you turn it on an hour or 2 before you start filming so the room gets cold for you, and then when it is time to film you turn it off so it isn't loud but the room is still cold from it being on for the last hour or 2

You need a mini-split A/C or more insulation in the attic space above you to keep the heat outside from coming through the roof.

Before you record turn on the ac for like 30 minutes. Turn it off and then record. Also make sure it’s dark in the room. Because any type of light produces heat.
