I wish we had some of the restaurants you all have, we have over 30 Mexican restaurants, 2 steak houses and Walmart is mainly our only store with 10 dollar stores, but I use fo work for Dunkin back in the late 70s and I still support them.. But to change it up I will go to a Dutch Bros. just for something different, oh yes they have sugar free and low carb drinks...

dunkin donuts are shipped to store frozen so sad we finally got one n I found out a week before it opened so I have never gone. we got a pink box I believe based out of vegas but man they are delicious. price of donuts are crazy I rember as a kid med sprite n donut.75cents now plus dollars for a donut. prob why we never buy plus it's an hour drive

Usually twice a day, and try to keep it within 8 hours so you can fast for at least 16 hours a day. I don't really count calories, just eat until I'm full, but if I had to guess, I'd say around 800-1,100 calories a meal. Works great for me, blood work is all perfect and weight fell off!
