INGREDIENTS :
500 g of minced meat
1 onion
garlic
1 egg
half a teaspoon of baking soda
spices: salt, pepper, mixed spices, red pepper
breadcrumbs 100 gr
mineral water 50 ml
potatoes 500 gr
melting cheese
mozzarella as desired
RECIPE:
✅ Make a mixture for burgers. Put 500 g of minced meat in a bowl and add: 1 onion, 1 clove of garlic, 1 egg, half a teaspoon of baking soda, salt, pepper, 100 g of breadcrumbs, a little oil, 50 ml of mineral water - mix everything well and combine. Leave in the refrigerator until use
✅ Season the potatoes: oil, salt, a mixture of spices and paprika
✅ From the mixture we made, we will form 2 large stuffed burgers. Form 4 balls and form patties with the help of foil
✅ Place the patty on parchment paper and fill with melted cheese and mozzarella as desired, we combined it. Fold with another patty, shape and secure the edges. Repeat the process with the second patty
✅ Add potatoes, coat patties with a little oil and bake everything together for about 40 minutes at 220°C
