This summer's favorite homemade dessert! No baking or gelatin!

Finely chop 300 grams of chocolate.
Milk 250 ml.
Add 10 grams of agar-agar.
Bring to the boil and cook for 1 minute.
Pour the chocolate into the milk and melt it.
Allow to cool to room temperature.
Beat 500 ml of 33% cream until stiff peaks form.
Pour the chocolate into the whipped cream and mix well.
Divide the dessert into cups.
Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Fry 70 grams of peanuts in a pan.
Chop nuts.
Melt 100 grams of chocolate in the microwave.
Add nuts.
Top the dessert.
Delicious!

Mmmm....Thos l9oks so delicious healthy and easy to make as i will be making this for my family My family l9ves the orange mousse.I love chocolate mousse also,and could eat this whole thing in 2 second !
