Honestly don't know why none of these Chinese Sega Gen/MD clone console never made a *Sega Neptune* yet ..?!?!? I seen people in their garage on KZbin making a *Sega Neptune* like it no big deal lol if you're reading this *Sega Neptune* is a prototype console that never came out.. but it could play both Gen and 32X without that Fugly 32X adapter and hookup to the Sega CD

Most likely they all use the exact same silicon design which combines everything into a single "chip". So, almost every one of these will share the same faults. --- The people behind that design likely cut any components/elements from the original design that weren't strictly essential... -- Some RF shielding of the main board and a toroid on the A/V lines might help.
