I can’t stop this from creating micro bubbles. Do you have any idea how to get it to stop?

Really?? Have you tried turning the flow down by twisting the collar? It sounds like it might have an air leak somewhere. Also, maybe try cleaning it and placing it slightly lower in the aquarium? I hope that helps!

@@sydneysangels yes I’ve tried just about everything I could think of. Moved it higher moved it lower, cleaned the sponge and the filter itself. Getting really annoying lol.

Thank you! It's actually just the samsung galaxy S22. I got it for free when AT&T was doing a galaxy phone trade in promotion. The only downsides of it are the size of the phone is small and the battery doesn't last very long. But for shooting youtube videos it works great!

@@sydneysangels buy it and buy a roll of filter floss. Pack it with filter floss and just throw out the filter floss every 3 or 4 days

I can imagine why you hate this skimmer, ai have 2 of these and one of its bigger brother and they do their job, for at times when I dont. clean them for a bit amount of they collect a good amount of detritus that would otherwise foul my tanks

Thank you :) It was my first tank, I got it for free when someone was getting rid of it during a move. It's actually what sparked this whole hobby for me. LOL good one, I think you're right. I didn't have those grey hairs before I met my wife..... lol

Lol I thought it was a rather clever thumbnail 😂 I really like it so far! The surface of my water is always crystal clear now. Damn... I don't remember my beard being gray before I met my wife... lol thanks Dave! I'm very happy with how natural it's looking. I wish my angels weren't eating my grass though haha
