Do you blame him, A lot of servers on bloxfruits barely have anyone fighting, there either trading AutoFarming or doing raids , hes just getting bounty the way he can, sometimes yes you can get into a war server but there rly not as common rn. There's also the issue of hackers that bounty hunt.
