Wow jeez what an insanely satisfying run as Tainted Eden, Brimstone, Glitched Crown, Almond Milk, Godhead, C Section, Haemlacria, R Key, Sacred Heart, Magic Mushroom. First floor is Ultra Hard, boss rush can be hard to get to. Good thing mom's knife didn't show up because that wouldn't have been fun. Even though I would of liked that item. I also like, Death Certificate, Damocles, Crickets Head, Rock bottom, Magic Mushroom and Godhead. Psy Fly, Revelation, Twisted Pair, D6 or Spindown Dice would be a cool synergy to have. Edmund Mcmillen created Super Meat Boy and I think he is a angel room enjoyer. Thought Devil rooms can be pog too. Sometimes when I get C section or Glitched Crown I laugh at my free win. Polyphemus Crickets Body Proptosis soy milk Sacred Heart + Holy Light and +10 Luck from perfection is my favorite combo. Need me some Lavencas Luck. When I get dead eye incubus R key Red key mega mush spirit sword and brimstone with ipecac it feels like a won run especially with monstros lung and tech X. I love playing the lost and tainted lost, and rerolling is always fun. I also love planetarium items. The Binding of Isaac Repentance is a pretty hard game but I enjoy it, fighting Hush Delirium Mega Satan The Beast and Mother are all fun. I love synergies and bad items. Here’s a tip that you don’t need: If a button spawns enemies they will be spawned at all doors including secret rooms that you haven’t found yet.

Boss Rush and Hush doors are not affected by Cracked Orb (I strongly believe), the only way to force-open Boss Rush regardless of time is with Broken Shovel (Forgotten unlock challenge), and to force-open Hush regardless of time you need Strange Key Obviously Mama Mega works for both, altough a Golden Bomb on Depths II is required if you want both on the same run without speedrunning

You're correct here, Cracked Orb cannot be used to open Boss Rush or Hush period.

In 21:20 mark you didn't need to flip to buy the birthright. When you buy a store item, other version is dropped in ghost form. Then you flip. You could've paid less. PS: I got my Ultra Greed mark with T. Lazarus thanks to 7c sh*tty item(its flip side was R key lol).

Player/Room generated Item Pedestals aren't affected by Flip (which is why you can't Flip boss items). However he could've flipped the top-left item as it was in Floor Generation and not Player Generation, so you are partly right Altough it was hard to see because it was covered by the HUD

Flip would only worked with the ítem in the corner and not with the ones from reverse stars (it just works in natural pedestals)
