The reason they are not goin into the trailer is because of the dude standing right next to the entrance. Move him away and it'll be a lot quicker.

I may change my plans on a panel trap lol. Build more box traps. Just kidding

As you always spend some time getting the boars into the trailer, I wanted to ask you if you've tried to turn off the lights of the truck... Also, have you tried using a long stick to poke them or with something scary at the end of it ?

@@amhogtrapping : You're right. I had stopped half way to write my comment. 😀 Still, that rounding seems to be a problem. If I was working with you, I would try building a movable panel that you would leave inside the enclosure from the beginning, so you could use it to push the boars when needed. And if you build a light cage on one side of the panel, you could be inside the little cage while holding the panel and rounding the animals. But it's always easier said than done. Your videos are entertaining anyway.

I have been holding my comments. I see a mention of lights, lights do blind them it's the shadows they create.. Also try putting dirt onto the steel ramp. The sound and smell of steel is not what they are used too. The smell and feel of dirt will help. Hope this helps you a little.

@@amhogtrapping Hi, never too old to learn. I respect you time doing what you do, but I also have a lot of experience. But I am always open to ideas. Study Dr Temple Grandin, about livestock handling, she is a American lady who is employed by feedlots, packing plants , feedlots etc. She helps them with livestock movement and handling. We designed our livestock handling process along her principles and they work. Just try some dirt on the loading ramp, and less shadows. Enjoy your videos thanks.

Why didn't you walk into them and tell them to move into the other room, cause otherwise you would arrest them? 😬

There is but you just can't get stockmen these days! Seems most of the Hogs are smarter than the dang-fools blinding'em, or expecting them to go into that tunnel when they are hammering hell oit of it.

As someone trying to become a follower I have to say that was the most boring video I've seen. All I'm going to say is you need to watch Muddyfeet pig trapping videos for some training. Why try to load them up at night....I didn't understand that....I just couldn't wait for the video end...

@@jamesrobinson4680 we all have opinions they load way easier for us at night. I’ve seen their videos as well. They are wild animals every soundr loads differently.
