Hiranandani makes the best buildings & residential townships. Good looking buildings & solid construction. Gaps between buildings ensures air / breeze circulates across. Plenty greenery & all amenities within the township. Esp Hiranandani Estate Thane is really good & esp its older buildings - very spacious & many with balcony

An office in Mumbai gives you the access of talent from multiple population centers like western line, central line, Mumbai south central etc. Not many people would prefer traveling to Ghodbunder road for work. Even people from Kalyan Dombivli would prefer Airoli-ghansoli for work rather than thane far away from station.

Buildings are so close, that you can check in the opposite building windows.He is happy in Township living cause everything is closeby but how many times you will go to the same coffee shop and the same restaurant ,after a time you will feel bored, sick and that you will feel like running away from that place. I would consider Lodha Splendora to be an excellent property situated in a prime location on Ghodbunder Road, Thane. It offers breathtaking views, strong connectivity, a sense of privacy, and great value for money.

Thane is the best. The Ghodbunder road belt has everything in it. Hiranandani Estate and Vasant Vihar areas are prime. Better carpet areas and lots of greenery with scenic views of Yeor hills, SGNP etc. Far from the Railway station but metro line 4 will help the commutation once it starts in 2026.

Thane has a connectivity issue with the rest of Mumbai. Metro is coming up at a very slow pace & estimated completion of phase 1 in Dec 2025 is only upto Mulund. Accidents are common on GB road. Quality of many roads is bad. Lacks easy access to long distance trains & even the Airport. Thane also lacks large scale economic activity as it is in SEEPZ & BKC. Worse random construction of high rise buildings with no thought to urban planning is becoming common. But the Eastern Expressway is the lifeline & traffic flows far more faster than the overcrowded & heavily congested Western Express highway. Hiranandani Estate Thane has plenty AC buses like City Flo , Chalo & Uber Shuttle that make daily commute easy. And Hiranandani Estate is very well planned with all amenities inside. Very European & good looking buildings + sold construction . Clean & green residential township

greenery and peace IS quality of life, all cities are a clusterfuck ecosystem, you get angry and depressed due to traffic, crowd and commute so you resort to partying and drinking on weekends to make up for lost time and the deadly cycle continues.
