when you fought the ltv you had one semtex threw the muni down hit the muni double semtexed hit loady and hit muni again ? is that like a bug

I grabbed the semtex that was on the ground when you think I hit it the 1st time. Then when I grabbed loadout thats when I hit the muni Definitely looks like that at first though when I re-watched
