I like the idea but I think you should do a separate video instead of having it in the beginning of a new one for example you post a story on Monday and then post your reaction and comments on Wednesday and on Friday it’s a new story just my 2 cents love the content

This story feels very… verbose? Like it feels it’s dragging itself to get across a point that could be done with much less effort and time. It’s a captivating story it’s just it feels like it’s wanting to be long rather than needing to.

Your thoughts at the end of the video are such a delightful highlight that make you stand out from other reading channels. It’s nice to have a pallet cleanser after listening to horror. Especially for the particularly ‘icky’ stories, it can be nice to get a little aftercare. And the new method sounds like a cool way to make that part more interactive so I’m definitely in favor of it

I’m now listening to all of your newer videos since it’s been a while. I will say every video is just amazing and makes me want to listen to more. Great idea for the comments! Another way for us to be interactive and share viewpoints on things. For instance the video with the 2 astronauts and putting the dead ones body on the outside of the ship and the entire story. Avoiding spoilers so I won't say more. It was amazing how creepy it was. Such good writing.

The reveal at the end made this Story complete and everything fits almost Perfectly together. I loved how the character was somehow related to the person who build this house, especially because he seems to be the mirror Image of him emotionally (or at least imo. that was the case when reading this)!

Sometimes the titles seem more exciting than the stories. Basically, 20 minutes of him traveling and looking at scenery. Too much flowery descriptions ruin any tension a scary story should have. Just my opinion.

I like the idea of comments in the next video. The original addition of a thought section after the videos has added so much in my opinion, add this kind of makes each video a book club. It’s interesting in this story it’s like he is haunted twice, by his legacy with his ancestor and by his ancestors sins in the form of a prevalent. And you like the lack of sentimentality with the relics cause it gives nuance, that seems realistic. Good stuff.

The comments idea is a perfect example as to why you stand out from other big channels. (And that’s aside from the fact that your narrations have the most heart behind them [along with guest narrators!] and the most immersive sound effects, oh and PERSONALLY made music for the backgrounds lol! )

This could potentially fix a problem I've seen in your comment section for a long time. The first 10 comments, and a majority more after that are always praise for your superb narrative skills. Which is true of course, but it saddens me that so few people discuss the story told. What that man did out of sheer greed was terrible and cursed the land probably forever. And yet, I'm glad that rage overtook him in that moment, because he had probably planned to do worse before her death. It's sad she's trapped in eternal suffering, but she shouldn't have tortured a child for it. But maybe that's what made him better than his predecessors.

I haven't had the chance to even listen to this video, so I can't comment on your feelings about the story. But as to the first part of what you said, I completely agree. The top/most liked comments are always 'I can't believe I'm here early', 'you're amazing', 'first', 'how do you not have 1M subs yet?' etc. Don't get me wrong, he deserves the praise & appreciation, but people seem more interested in posting generic, totally unengaging comments that you see under every story of every narration channel. I love talking about the actual story, so I'm always disappointed by the lack of actual ideas & interpretations about the plot.

Great narration as always and it was a very well written story. But the two things that bothered me were first, I hate the whole concept of generational punishment. The children should never be held responsible for the sins of the father (or other ancestors). The second thing that bothered me is that I am currently so desperately POOR and in debt with no possible way out that the thought of burning down a mansion full of antique furniture and valuable artwork just makes me sick to the depths of my soul!!!

I like the idea of having a place for interaction qnd discussion, but IMO videos should be isolated to a single content. The thing is, on KZbin videos don't always get presented to the viewers in the order they were uploaded. Discussing comments from the previous video could sound out of context from the viewers' pov.
