We found the rarest item in DMZ legitimately.. I haven't seen a damascus dog tag in over 500+ hours of gameplay. Have you ever found one??

with my friends, we do this, went to koshei until one got damascus, then, we save that character, then one of us make a sacure back pack, third, we go to vondel with the damascus character and one with nothing, and one with the secure, brouhgt a medium back pack and the 2 stay hidden and the one with nothing got o the map and try to join a team, when i join a team, go back with my friends, got the secure backpack and kill the one with damascus, take the badge and exfill, and then and only then the other one revive him, and done, damascus for everyone

In over 800 hours i think i found 2. When the people i play with needed it for the mission we just cheesed it and took it from each other. Very cool to do it the legit way, but that was not for us. I only play on EU servers.

I’m on EU servers, I got probably less than 200h in DMZ. I found that 2 times around season 2-3 : 1st time in Ashika island with random teammates without mics, a duo wanted to fight, we wiped them and found out they were Damascus 2nd time in Koshey, one teammate was totally lost, we got in the factory, heard "nearby platoon" so we remained at the entrance waiting to be pushed, we wiped the whole 5 man in 40 seconds (they were all next to each other in the entrance corridor) and one was Damascus

Have found around 4 to date actually managed to use one to start my serpentine, even after the update that allowed you to use your own. Felt much better that way too if im honest. Cheers man!

Its funny, i got an operator with a damascus tag. And since i got that, i’ll never played with that operator, just because. Its my trophy 😂 But me my boys have found one damascus tag on a hacking out of region team on building 21 before. We came out on top🎉

got a few 50k tags on my roster, those are actually easier to get than you expect, usually people that achieve the 50k tag just retire the operator and never touch them again that's one of the reasons they're as rare too

One of my operators has Damascus tags, but did exactly what you said. There is no value in getting the tags and they are too easily lost. They should be permanent or at least worth the effort to get them.

Yep. Have 4 operators. 2 have retired as they have achieved Damascus, and the 3rd is 2 successful ex fils away from being retired. After that I'll just use the 4th indiscriminately.

I have exfilled with damascus tags a grand total of 5 times (been playing since S3). Funny story, i FINALLY get to that level of upgrades that has you collect a damascus tag. The very next game, i ran across a bag in the middle of nowhere (obviously overrun by AI). It had a damascus tag in it, and i was able to complete that impossible feeling challenge immediately. Ive since only seen damascus tags 2 other times, both within the same week, days apart.

5:55 there's sometimes a bug that makes them fall again to the floor like a ragdoll and can't move shoot or anything and they see themselves(sometimes) on third person you need them to get finished off again(if possible bring a car make them get in and crash it until explode or get shooted by bots until explode) and make them finish with the button of self kill or shooted by bots or player and revive them again from the blue circle and then they're free to move and play again

Found my Damascus tags by accident after about 4.5 weeks of searching. We were trying to exfil from Vondel and were pushed by a team, we won the fight and one of the packs had someone elses Damascus Tags in, my guess is they were desperate to exfil them so thought it would be a good idea to attack instead of waiting... Lucky for me, not so much for the other guy

I've had damascus tags once since dmz came out, and I play it more than any other mode. I just focused on doing a single HVT or intel or something quick and easy and exfilling until I got all 10 exfils. If I'm just trying for missions I always end up dying after 5 or 6. If I focus PVP it's usually death after 1 or 2. So yeah, super rare for sure!

On the North American server: I had earned Damascus tags for three of my slots...I go in solo...and died in a stupid way -- rushing bots in Al M. city, alone, very early in the game. Knowing that there are people searching for Damascus tags, I send a chat to announce I have them on me. I hate to see them go to waste because I died in such a stupid way. My dead pathetic corpse can be found at thus-and-such location...come get them. Nobody believed me! I insist I'm telling the truth. I'm solo...I have free Damascus tags for the taking...$50K! I text throughout the game and ultimately waited until my pathetic corpse was overtaken by gas just to see if there would be any takers. All the while, I see players running by...driving by...I'm texting, "Free Damascus tags, here!" Do they stop? NOPE! All I got was toxicity. Oh well. Not to be discouraged, I try again and there were absolutely no takers...I got more disbelief and toxicity. On my third go, a sniper team kills me...stops by to loot...and I prox-chat, Hey Boys...take the Damascus tags while you're here. Finally! I would achieve my ridiculous goal, which should be a mission that rewards like a billion XP or something. You know what this sniper team did? They revived me and let me keep all my stuff! Lesson learned: Damascus tags are so rare; they can't be given away. And let this story be a lesson to you. If you see a text from a pathetic corpse mentioning getting killed in a stupid way and he has Damascus tags free for the taking....mmmm...it's probably me. I'm definitely telling the truth; so, please consider visiting for a rare payday. See y' all in-game! 🙂 Otherwise, I might be compelled to post a video demonstrating how impossible it is to give away Damascus tags. or maybe we start a movement. We'll call it the Damascus Tag challenge. Who can die in the dumbest way and give them away for free?

I was in a building outside Al Maz when two teams started fighting around me. One of them got killed in my view down the staircase, I ran over and he had damascus. Needed it for the final cooldown on the 3rd insured slot. Heart skipped a beat. I never rode an ATV so fast to an exfil lol

Found once on a long gone downed players pack at zaya observatory on the cliff edge that over looks ahkdar village and sarif bay. It was near an exfil spot. I think I just exfilled with it as I had no idea what to do with it!🙄😁

Easiest way to get Damascus tags is have a squad of 3 TRUSTED FRIENDS and make sure 2 guys have damascus and secure bags, hide in vodel and spam request to join while hiding in building waiting for players to pass and once you join the other team go meet your 2 friends and kill the one with damascus and have your 3rd friends res after you steal his tag and then exfil. You cant join back on the same squad otherwise tag will be recovered. Ive farmed 4 serpentine camos this way

Use a spotter scope and look for operators with high perks , ie ghost and cold blooded. Easiest way to filter gold and above tags so you're not wasting too much time.
