Its sad that kids now only think of weed when Bob Marley comes up... He was so much more than that, a prophet, a leader, a freedom fighter. Rest in Power Bob Marley❤️❤️ one love

When I was 20 and in the military, I would listen to Marley every chance I could. I was having terrible panic and anxiety attacks. His music was the only thing that could calm my mind. It’s true what they say. Music soothes the savage beast. I now listen to Marley and other music to calm my mind and prevent my violent outbursts. Only music and my wife and daughters can calm me. Music and my wife and girls are all that matter to me. New subscriber. Love your videos. And your wife has a lovely voice and is an absolutely beautiful woman. Best wishes ✌️

As a young white kid growing up in the Pacific Islands, we never saw race or colour, but what we had was an abundance of Marley and reggae. I stayed true to that even to this day, playing drums, having a smoke and a jam. Marley was more than the face of reggae, he was a pioneer, the lyrics are all meaningful and the melodies and sound he and the Wailers put out was just a cut above. Name me a song I will sing it word for word, and the other unique thing is Bob's music is as fresh the 1000th time you listen to a song as the first. Many reggae legends like Tosh, Cliff, Bunny Wailer, Toots, Lucky Dube, Alpha Blondy and bands like Burning Spear, Black Uhuru, Steel Pulse have all been brilliant, but Bob is still the benchmark.

I grew up in the UK as a white kid, loving his music owning all his albums and playing his music over and over. The greatest Reggae artist ever. Most people don't realise his Dad was a White British Navy Officer though. I still have a copy of his biography that was gited to me over 30 years ago
