I love this man’s videos because he gives us a glimpse of himself even at his worst. He lets people see his emotional side when he’s down after losing a big match, that takes a lot of guts to show yourself vulnerable like that. I have a lot of respect for that.

From those early days where you couldn’t find hitting partners to now, not just hanging with the best players, but you are one of the best. Congrats on an amazing year. Wishing you many more. 🎉

This video is a great insight into what goes on during these high-level tournaments! I am an aspiring pro player, and I am always wondering what it's like to be moving here and there for different games, and what the day-to-day experiences are. Thank for this awesome recap, and huge congrats on the silver medal!

Cortisol and adrenaline spikes will wake you up from stress. Try taking Magnesium glycinate before bed. 500-1000g. Also try plant based Melatonin during stressful times like tournaments and time zone change.

Good recap. Don't be too hard on yourself, you need to rest and let the body get over the little niggles. 2025 will be a big year...no doubt whatsoever!! Peace. Out.
