My observations are that Sara is the fastest walker in all of Italy and when she drives, she owns the road including the other lane. I am used to the realtors featuring the Italian properties to talk throughout and it is refreshing to just have a bit of silence to take in the sounds of nature and not be distracted. I love this house, and the journey to it. Unfortunately, carrying groceries and suitcases through those streets is a bit daunting for us older people. You'd certainly improve your fitness level. But the town is heavenly. I'm fairly new to your channel, Sara, but find it refreshing. Your presentation in Italian and English is perfetto! And then the tour in silence, letting the house tell the story is excellent for the viewer in that it doesn't distract from our thoughts. ❤

This city has an incredible amount of charm. The drive to it is enchanting. But the house is not easy to reach, and the town offers endless stairs. This is not an easy life. How on earth does someone get furniture in and out? The house has many charming elements, but it needs some loving attention. The views are spectacular. The price seems high, considering the challenges.

I like that the property has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. And the view is to die for! The top floor bedroom has no attached bath and would be dangerous at night trying to access it. If you cannot drive up to the house with your luggage or groceries it would be a miserable property to own. More work than it’s worth. Plus, trying to sell the property would be very limiting. A property that has the negatives that this property has would have less appeal for older folk. Also, if the location is more than, say, 45 minutes from a major airport, it would complicate travel to and from the property. If you want to have a car, you need a garage to lock up your car and feel it’s safe to leave it and hop a flight for distant travel. Just saying..,

@@jlewisedwards428 the property is 5 km from the motorway exit. Rome and Pescara are two easy destinations. Car can be parked nearby. This discussion has already been addressed in the comments. Anversa Degli Abruzzi is a very quiet town. I even leave my bag in the car! Few inhabitants. There is also the police station. I wouldn't need security to leave the car in an on-street car park.

It's not so bad. The stairs are low and easy to do. It's just a walk from the main square! There is a car park just below the garden.
