I caught a 0/10/9 the other day, not the best decision in retrospect, but I powered mine up promptly, and it did not disappoint. Team building with it was tricky but I ultimately settled with clodsire(PS/SB/EQ) and Lanturn (WG/TB/SF) and it got me to legend for the first time

Henry, I came across the most insane team ever in the open great league and I beleive it is truly unbeatable. Best buddy wobbafet Mantine Chancy 1499 cp The guy I was playing against I believe manipulated lag and every charge move there is that 3 second lagg, and as soo as on pokemon would get low he'd switch and keep it alive until the timer ran out and he'd win. Absolute craziness hope u can shine light on this strategy truly was something to see ❤❤

Nope. It's random. Also the chances are pretty low

You will get one guaranteed Gible encounter in the next set where you get three wins after you've hit Veteran. After that Gible gets added to your GBL encounters pool so you might get more but it will be random

Doesn’t matter what I do anymore the algo just hard counters the fuck out of me. I went 18/25 yesterday and 8/25 today RUNNING THE SAME 3 teams……. Just non stop core breakers. The algo truly makes this game unplayable. It’s so bad.

@@SourSalmon in order for a person to gain ELO, someone has to win and someone has to lose. If you lose more than you win, you will lose ELO. If you win more than you lose, you will gain ELO. Not everyone plays at the same skill level. I have watched over the shoulder of friends making bad decisions in battles and get frustrated they can't climb. As you approach the ELO-range that best matches your skill level, you will start to win and lose about equally. Team building is also a skill, a consistently Legend achieving player deciding this season to only play triple Charm probably won't hit Legend, or even Expert.

@@figtreez No shit someone has to lose and win. The algorithm doesn’t hand you a win, it just pairs you up with someone running a team that either you counter or can counter you. It bases its selection off of typing of moves and how many games you have won/lost.
