in that last game with the hearse there was only a couple times they could even use the hearse. the hearse has crew 2. so they needed at least 2 of their mites out in order to crew it. but you did a pretty great job of keeping them to only 1 mite. not sure why they didn't attack the one or two times they did have enough mites though.

I woke up today and decided to play a deck where I only play my opponents cards after stealing them with robbery, siphon, etc. but turns out I don’t have any of those cards and I have 1 wildcard… so I’m really glad you played something similar so I could enjoy it through you 😂

In the last game, Amonkhet chooses the creature as it enters the battlefield. The opponent cannot hearse in response to its choice.

You're right. Why tf were they not attacking with the hearse? Were they worried about instant removal? With no cards in your hand?

Please tell me what ladder you are climbing. I lost 4 games the second I made this deck. My opponent smashed my face while I durdled around hoping for my fifth land to save me.

Or sometimes it just the game matching you up with the not so ideal opponent. Happens to me most of the time. I placed path of peril to answer the fast decks

i'm in the process of brewing the same deck, but what could a good substitute for siphon insight?

Tainted indulgence is a budget replacement. You won't be stealing your opponents cards but it's essentially the same number of cards. Tainted gives you 2 if you have 5 different mana values in your graveyard and siphon insight gives you two but with flashback costs included. But that cost gives you 4 cards to look at. Rare is just better sometimes

is mtg arena different from the fisical game? Like yu gi oh master duel where some cards are not banned but in fisical they are indeed banned?

The standard format is the same in paper as digital, except there are some tells on arena, priority holds that give away info that doesn't happen in paper. There are some online only formats that have digital only cards added into the mix. Any format on arena that includes those digital only cards, they are allowed to modify any cards legal in the format, but, as much as they push the digital only formats, they pretty much try to keep the flagship paper formats true to paper on digital.

@@derrick031072 Nah, didn't have the time and money to spend on TCG. Also in my country Hobby Game stores are rare and when one opens it dies a month later(most of the time).

I feel bad for the elves deck. It whiffed hard against a bad matchup . It is odd to see elves outside of explorer and historic.
