Been running a similar deck, but using 2 x-speed so I can retreat scolipede, poison with weezing and then koga the scolipede back in. One shots celebi and mewtwo.

Yeah you don't want tauros in there to eat up energy because of the constant cycling. Definitely remove for x speed

definitely shouldnt need xspeed. should have enough energy on scoli to retreat, koga then put scoli back in. double xspeed is a big expectation for perfect draws tauros feels awful, too expensive. Salandit is much better bc its faster and puts pressure on early. one huge factor, it two shots a poisoned Druddigon or Kanga, putting a much shorter timer on typical walls. and its not a mon ur worried about dying if u need a sac

Tauros is more of a cope than Salandit in this deck

yea absolutely tauros is going in the wrong direction. its too expensive for the speed of this deck. Salandit just does e erything u want. its cheap for attack and retreat, it deals enough to 2hko walls like drudd and kanga (if poisoned), and its an easy one turn sac if u need it to be. just an all star in the deck

If you did draw weezing line earlier killing Drud via Salandit when it was 60 hp isnt cope. An Aggro Variant if anything.

i'm using the same deck but mew instead of tauros. it's more flexible and have less retreat energy cost

Been running this since this expansion dropped, but I use Ekans and Arbok instead of Tauros. And that’s too much supporters imo. I use one X Speed and one Sabrina. Might wanna take out Leaf for red card tho. Play smart and you won’t need Leaf. Only thing bouncing around is Weezing and only trap an annoying card with Arbok. Scolipede cleans up

Tauros is ok. Mew is better. And salandit tech with all the Celebis running around is clutch af and really pulls through
