I'm not even a mountain biker, but this has recently been my favorite channel, for some reason these are very relaxing to watch for me. Only improvement I wish for is 60fps video, just for that extra smoothness.

I do agree that 60 frames would be nicer, but it's limited by the technology, GoPro's can't film in 60fps and keep the same quality of footage, as well as other settings being downgraded.

it actually just makes it annoying to load at a decent quality on KZbin, plus, 60fps ain't the right amount for the dark north shore woods, just makes the video more grainy

I have accidentally gotten lost and walked a bike trail once. Didn't even know biking downhill was a thing at the time. Ended up falling in the mud because some places were too narrow to walk on.

Just watched the first of your videos today, and my goodness this is incredible and insane. I’m not sure what I am more impressed with…your ability as a rider or the technical skill of whoever created that trail down that mountain. I mean, it’s not like it’s short little bit. Someone put in a ton of time to create the ride, put in the wood trail parts and just ensure you had all those challenges. I never knew anything like that existed. So amazing to watch. Thanks for sharing.

pretty i sure i got this pet peeve from my days in college, when i would get trapped behind professors who would stop to chat on the paths around campus, blocking the way, and since poison ivy grew everywhere, going off the paths was just asking for a rash. Like MOVE, i got classes to get to, and this is the only damn path that leads from the Mathematics building to the Biology Lab Building, without my needing to take a 35 minute detour!

So I've never mountain biked before but do you have to run with a low tire pressure to get more grip and avoid the tubes from popping?

Typically run heavy duty tires with lower air pressure for this type of riding. Also run a tubeless setup which uses special tires/rims and sealant instead of a tube so you don't get as many flats.

Boundary is the best trail on Fromme. I first rode it solo on a nasty rainy winter day and if i started with 9 lives I had 1 left by the time I got to the bottom. That double down ladder to creek crossing is a dice roll in the wet. Never been on lower ladies cause im always crossing back to lower expresso/digger to exit. Will have to check it out.

It's worth it! The crux move (for me at least) is that 90 degree after the root waterfall (where they both got hung up). Still don't clean it consistently.
