This wasn't technically an underwater level, it was a night-mode castle level, difference being is that only Mario obeys the water physics, the enemies and items are free to behave as they normally would.

I like fish, however the preparation of the fish is very important. It has a massive impact on the flavour and texture of the meal. It truely is remarkable how much food can differ in change by usong a different method. A month ago i had one of the best pieces of beef i've had eaten in my life. It was prepared in a special way where first it cooked in water at a set temperature, it allows the meat to cook, but no burning to occur. After that it went on the barbeque for a few minutes to get a little bit of a crust on it for a good bite. Then a bit of sauce with a veggie sweet flavour got added and it tasted very good
