I know that my bloodline has been cursed, I see all of the repeated cycles in my relatives, however I can guarantee that most families including mine who are under a bloodline curse do not know it and will not educate their children or relatives about it. My family is oblivious to anything spiritual. It’s usually only the curse breaker that comes to this knowledge. Maybe some families are different, but as for many, the people under the curse usually don’t know, and are usually not very spiritual, which is why the curse has been successful. My mom and dad will never teach me about what’s running in our bloodline because they don’t see it. I’m the curse breaker in the family, I see it. I think this is very common for people that are from Canada , the US and Britain. Other countries are way more educated on witchcraft and the spiritual side of things. I recommend to everyone to watch the film Holes. It’s a disney film but it clearly explains this topic on generational curses in the bloodline. It also highlights the importance of sharing family history and secrets. The film really helped. Every single word was spot on. I realized all this stuff late, after being drugged through the mud. The Bible tells young men to not give their strength to strangers. It was written for Israelites because they were forbidden to marry outside of their religion, but also meant for all of God's future children in the body of faith. Like Steph said my elders knew about the family history and generational curses but chose not to teach us better. I believe some parents purposely cripple some children in hopes they won't get far away, and so they can forever keep them under their thumbs to be used for their own selfish needs. It's the old crabs in a bucket mentality. But after 49yrs of my life and countless generational cycles before me God said ENOUGH! Strong testimony. I'm now working on blocking negative thoughts and bitterness from my mind. It's a constant nonstop effort throughout the day. But positive thoughts and praising God with our lips is what I call good magic. Just like Moses facing off against Pharaoh's sorcerers there is God's magic and power on one side vs dark/forbidden magic on the opposing side. I'm learning that blessing my enemies and praising God for His goodness represents the good magic like Moses and thinking negative thoughts and cursing my enemies with my mouth represents dark magic. I understand and thank you for going into depth with this word. My grandmother on my paternal side would ask me "who is their parents/family" and she would break it down for me. I did not have the full understanding back then, but now I do especially with the ancestral bloodlines. Looking back, I thank God that certain relationships did not go anywhere and the ones that did, I understand. God's protection even from the mistakes I have made. Oh Steph, the Africans were fooled too. About 4 generations ago most families got into worship of New gods and ended up so corrupted as they did not understand their true selves. I knew something was going on with my family but it was until recently my mom told me that my grandma was under wichtcraft from my grapa sisters didn’t like her cause she was indigenous looking and my grandpa white from Europe looking they tried to separate them even while she was pregnant.
