The reason for the exclusive artifact not being at the end is that you didn’t have the auto-dismantling on. When you have it on, whatever gets dismantled shows up first.

Its actually a bit annoying that they released 2 of the best types of artifacts in the same update - an immortality and a revive for a transcended character. Rachel is probably most valuable out of the two, just looking at how sersi's artifact has allowed her to cling onto the pvp meta for so long
