Aren't they a pig doing the straps and ratchets. I don't know what the tool is called but is a great help putting the straps on the reels. The paper mill in Snodland is great, Tilbury hasn't got that locating rod, Smith's mill in Sandy/Mogerhanger Bedford is also good.
