I was shocked when you revealed the supplier. I'm signed up with them and didn't even realize they offered it! I'm going to be busy creating necklaces now...I actually created my first necklace before I finished watching the video; I was so excited to get started. Regarding what you ask at 8:59, it worked just as advertised: without needing any additional customization app, my customers have the option of choosing whether they want Gold, Rose Gold, or Silver, and there is a text box below that where they can type their name. Too soon to report on sales since I just listed it about one second ago...Thank you so much!

I added this to my store and sold one the next day. Idk about shopify but from woocommerce there system does not capture the name so I had to push a manual order to get it to go through. Otherwise I have had no issues. I put the order in for my client on 12/2 and it shipped 12/8. I will also say I confirmed from their customer service there is a 12 character max letters must be English or numbers.

Your supplier will likely have shopify integration so that the personalised info will be sent automatically to the supplier.

Hi Joe, thanks for this. I will start on Etsy because they have a customer base and promotion. Shopify seems like a huge undertaking and a longer path to the money. I want to provide the products and seo driven shop. I just hate getting bogged down in a million SM tasks.
