I noticed that too, I think it would have helped him only putting the amount he planned on putting in his mouth on the fork rather than stuffing the fork and taking small amounts

Youre right, i noticed that too. Kind of an odd way to eat noodles, he only ate a small bite off the end of his fork each time. But what do i know, maybe its some carefully thought out brilliant strategy🤷‍♂️. Ethan is a good sport, and im grateful he let Randy stay with him while he was in Minnesota. Must be better than sleeping in his van.

Pad Thai is well known for its diversity of flavours and taste. It contains sweet, sour, bitter, tangy and a little bit of spicy. Really a wonderful dish and therefore favoured by many,, including me.

Ethan takes a giant fork full of food, eats a tiny bit off the top and puts it back. Slamming his fork in there over and over when he already has a lot on his fork...then eats a little again. lol. Pretty hard to gain any momentum or progress with that method there. He looked like he was struggling from the get go which is strange.

I love Pad Thai but that’s a lot of noodle. And Pad Thai that cooking down is so difficult to eat. I think the lemon is the key. The acid cuts down the oil use to cook the dish.
