Thank you for such great suggestions for meals! I looked away for a moment and when I looked back I had no idea where the chicken had gone but that is the best idea. The chicken doesn’t have the heat in the oven to get dry! Love that! Keep up the great work! Always good ideas!

Dave , great recipe & yes on us & the girls, I would not change a thing. Side salad with evoo , balsamic vinegar & a little lemon juice for dressing, a rustic loaf of Italian bread with butter, & red grape juice to drink. Nice gloves & nice work on the yard bird to butterfly. Keep your stick on the ice pal. btw , won't hurt coco to eat a little , I have fed it to our 2 small dogs , no problems. Some dogs don't like garlic though, I had one that would turn its nose up at garlic

It looks Great , easiest way chicken parmesan Thanks You love the mozzarella cheese , try non smoked Provolone it enhances it. I usually do not say anything to take away from what you enjoy. Only if it's true and delicious.

Great dish. I’m going to make it this week. But I need to cut it in half as it’s just us now. But I love to cook and she likes (sometimes unless I goof) to not cook. But she is still the best after 60 years. I ought to know.

Do you have a homemade marinara sauce? I can’t stomach bought sauce😞I would put the sauce and cheese directly on the chicken and put into the oven for 5 min

You should remove your gloves after touching raw chicken before touching your spices, chicken food poisoning really sucks
