Thank you so much! I seem to be more or less able during meditation to "rest as awareness", to be the context in which everything appears. But how do we go from this to seeing that context and content are not separate, as they say? My mind expects this "realization" sooner or later. It seems like any technique pushes me away, so I simply "rest". I should perhaps forget about what I expect to see and just be with what is present
