I am a bit late to this video, but smart guy is okuyasu nijimura from jjba, his ability (stand) the hand erases things with his hand, even able to erase the space between the target and the user/stand, also void rush is one shot when upclose, like very up close, they need to get hit by the hand, if far away they get into the cutseen, alright, thank you for reading.

It does one shot that’s because your touching it with the have of the hand

with black, if you use slam after jab you teleport over to the person you hit. its an easy move hit if you know how to use it
