Today we try something very different! This UZI .41 AE rounds class setup in Warzone hits like a train... the upgraded rounds make the gun competitive. We're attachments we're using are the Monolithic Suppressor, Carbine Pro Barrel, Corp Combat Holo sight with blue dot reticle, Merc foregrip and the .41 AE rounds upgrade. I've been running this loadout since season 2 and I'm still amazed no one else is using it. It's a good medium range option that actually works. Sure there are better guns but hey, it's no fun running what everyone else is using.

This precisely..I refuse to run the AS VAL right now..but found the AK w/5.45 rounds competes with and outdoes the MP5 outside of 10ish meters. It's no AS VAL but I feel like it was a hidden weapon that no one caught on to that is now outshined by the VAL. But run: monolithic Suppressor, merc grip, 5.45 rnds, 5mw lasers, skeleton stock and let me know what you think.

Westie, just giving you a heads up as someone that's mained this gun since the 41AE buff that made this thing really powerful, the carbine barrel actually isn't the one that gives you the most bullet velocity. Ironically, the First Responder gives you the best bullet velocity and also has no effect on hipfire spread. You don't get the recoil buff or as much range, but 20% compared to 28% percent isn't too harsh of a difference and you're using this for close to medium range anyway.

Uzi is actually quite good in terms of TTK, ADS speed, and range for an SMG. Personally I'd switch the optic for the tac laser. If you're using this with the M13 you don't really need an optic because that is supposed to cover medium range, and the Uzi is for close range.

I love the SOCOM rounds..but it's a no go for Warzone..even using them Solo is rough as you have to play very stealthy..miss even a bot of shots in the mag and the opponent has the chance to counter attack while you go to reload.

Don’t use the barrel. It only adds one meter of range to your max damage range because there is a cap for the uzi’s range.

Fun Fact: the 16.5 inch barrel is better than the carbine pro in every way except for mobility and bullet velocity but it’s a 1.5-2% difference, would recommend.

The 13.1" First Responder barrel has similar damage range and bullet velocity. It doesn't reduce recoil, but it also doesn't sacrifice hip fire accuracy like the carbine barrels do.

Oh, Westie, have you tried out the viper reflex sight? I don’t like always having a Holo sight because sometimes I want a 1x with a blue dot. It is a good replacement for the g.i. mini reflex and it barely affects ads.

I'd love to see you try and win a game of warzone with the M4 SOCOM Rounds and Sniper Scope. The best class set up I've come up with is M4- SOCOM Rounds, Sniper Scope, Monolithic Suppressor, Ranger Foregrip, Sleight of Hand (you could replace SoH with the Grenadier Barrel but with 10 round mags SoH is pretty necessary). It's definitely not a great build but it's fun and I'd love to see a gameplay with you using it! I find it also pairs best with an MP7 or AUG 5.56 conversion as the secondary. Cheers!

Penny Arcade blueprint is orange and makes the iron sights easy to pick-up. I make a super mobile set up mono, 5mw laser, no stock, Merc foregrip, and .41ae rds. One of the fastest weapons to run around with!

The Glacial Polish and all that glitters blueprints have better iron sights. The best Uzi classes I’ve found are: Mono sup, FSS barrel, tac laser, VLK and AE rounds Mono sup, FSS barrel, ranger or merc fore-grip, no stock and AE rounds

This is my main SMG in WZ (I use it enough that I actually have obsidian for it lol) - probably my 2nd-favorite gun in the game (after the Oden). It’s not the greatest close-up, but it’s very fast handling, accurate and has insane range. Most people are not aware of how good it is with the .41 AE rounds, it out-damages most of the ARs in the game at medium ranges.

Personally found the 13.1 first responder barrel better, not quite the same range nor any recoil buff, but also don't lose movement speed or hip fire but still get 20% range buff (Vs 26%/28% on the carbine options) but you do get a higher bullet velocity buff of 23%/801m/s (Vs 14%(742ms)/16%(755ms) on the carbine barrels) I found this better especially when doing the longshot challenges.

With only 32 rounds mag i’d rather equip sleight of hands than the optic just because it’s an SMG and i want to use it with an AR which already has an optic on it. I feel like this Uzi is far better than MP5 with 30 9mm rounds mag in Warzone right now. Anyway, thank you Westie!

For some reason on TGD the .41 AE mags attachment don't have any effects despite the MW gunsmith menu saying it buffs damage per hit and damage range in exchange for more vertical recoil.

If you don’t want to buy a blueprint you can also do a warzone mission name Penal Pistolwhip to get Canyonlands blueprint. That blueprint also have both carbine barrel and .41 AE install already

I would use the 5mw laser instead of the optic or the barrel, it has an open bolt delay so the sprint to fire time is really bad on the UZI, the laser really helps. (plus hipfire)

I bought it a long time ago because it's the best at hitfire and good at mid range too. But it never feels really good. Now finally it feels perfect, maybe it is the merc because I was trying everything but every time with the commando (because of the recoil on mid range) Thx! But it's only a gun for single or duos because of the 32 rounds and no slot left for slight hands...

I dont think the Merc forgrip helps with horizontal recoil.. Only thing that seems to help with horizontal are the Commando, the Muzzle break, and most of the optics besides irons and red dots.. According to truegamedata EDIT: I did some testing and it seems merc does nothing to horizontal recoil.. Ive found it better to use a 3.0 zoom scope like VLK, Or any of the Hybrids to compensate for horizontal recoil if you have to use a scope. UZI already has one of the best ADS times of all the SMG's so really doesn't suffer from any of the underbarrel foregrips. Use whichever feels best for you..

The uzi is the ground loot smg that one always gets me my first few kills. That’s what got me thinking about a build. The fire rate of the mp7 and mp5 is why the uzi isn’t utilized more? Not sure.

I always get flak for using uzi, but I feel as if it forces me to aim better. I use it in Ground war as a blitzing class. And I always make sure to have stopping power rounds as much as possible.

I run the Uzi as my main SMG but pair with the Kar98 and not an AR - my class is the same except I use GI mini reflex, and slight of hand instead of grip as the recoil is easy and I’d rather reload faster as you said yourself the 32 rounds is the only negative

Question: Assuming same recoil, accuracy, ads speed and everything else, what is better? A gun that 2-shots at 400rpm with 20 rounds, or one that 4-shots at 800rpm with 40rounds? Hint: not the one westie would pick(based on how he often comments on mag size)

You're not factoring in distance of gun fight. The further the target, the lower the damage, the more the bullets drop, the more pronounced the recoil/spread, the more the bullets slow down... so you need more bullets 👍
