As an Atomic Samurai main, it is an absolute monster of a move: someone's targeting you? Instant attack to have a damage advantage and have time to think of your next move. You pushed your opponent too far away? More damage. Plus the fact that it has a left to right hitbox, makes it basically impossible to counter, since if you miss, you don't have stun frames, and if the opponent tries to counter, they are cooked
