The boss task cape proc does indeed have a very very high chance to change the boss task - it will always say the bosses name you just did on task. If you clicked Yes - General graardor, you will have gotten another boss to kill, however, maybe 2% chance to keep as Graardor :). Well done on the drop!

You need to flinch the KQ if you want to get a lot of kills in one run. Simply smack then stand on top of her, smack and stand on top of her. Rinse and repeat, if you time it right she won't be able to hit you.
