I forgot to say! They white are optimal/minimax moves, and the grey are suboptimal moves that nevertheless follow a heuristic, like getting 2 in a row

Even without the existence of 2 perfect players there is only one game of tic-tac-toe with the outcome being anyone of the 3 possibilities a lose, a win, or a draw. Or as you’ve said with the perfect player of not playing.😂
