i see all of the points in the video your commentating is basically "uuuu i dont like new minecraft couse i speedrun it" if they took their time and slowly progressed or put a challenge onto themselves like for example. Go through every single tool before making a new one and upgrade. never use a shield. never use an elytra. etc etc people make their own adventures the game is a sandbox that the person uses for themselves

@mastermaguku7818 yeah, they could always make the game harder on themselves and just make challenges like in a video. He comments on how there's an achievement page. And he comments on it like you have to follow the achievement page and you don't have to follow the achievement page like I said, you don't have to beat the Ender dragon. That's just something you can do you just make the game harder for yourself, like you can make a challenge video on clearing out an entire dark oak.Of course, there's something you know, like there's so many things that you could do because it's a sandbox, and I think he's missing amany things that you could do because it's a sandbox, and I think he's missing a point of that. point of that

I’ll play some devil’s advocate. 1. You can play the entire game without ever having to go mining because of Villager trading and all the structures in the game that has loot in them. 2. The game doesn’t feel Vanilla anymore because of how much stuff they put in the game (I.e. because of Bloat) 3. If you are going to play Survival Mode and don’t have a specific block you don’t have for a build you have to go through the entire game just to find that one block. And 4. The new textures ruined simple creativity so much so that you have to put a lot of effort into your builds otherwise they’ll look like crap. Ever since Notch sold Minecraft to Microsoft, they’ve made this game less indie and more corporate.

@loganpaschedag8829 ok i agree with alot of these points and that's how I would defend older Minecraft but I will point out some problems here not to be a dick I'm just saying alr ok here we go 1. Yes you can beat the game with just trading and structures but the amount of grinding and luck would have to go into it i don't even want to think about normally people aren't going to play the game this way but I could see it being a good video idea. 2. I actually have no problems with this point I agree there is a point where you have to ask did we really need another wood type. 3. I feel like this can apply to all versions of Minecraft still a good point though. 4.i mean I think we all miss old ore textures some new textures i like but most of them i want them to look old again. Over all this is a solid argument and once again I agree on some of these points and this is probably how I would defend older Minecraft if I were to.
