Self-confidence is not something you're born with; it's a mindset that can be cultivated through practices like mindfulness and self-awareness. By embracing imperfections, setting healthy boundaries, and continuously learning from both successes and failures, you can build a stronger, more resilient sense of self. The key is to focus on the present moment, accept your flaws, and be patient with your growth, knowing that true confidence stems from self-acceptance and constant self-improvement.

Confidence is not an innate quality but a skill that can be learned through Stoic philosophy. It advises you to learn to say no and set limits, accept your own shortcomings, learn from others, and focus on the present to increase your self-confidence. According to this philosophy, confidence comes from accepting yourself without trying to be perfect and always learning.

This is such a valuable perspective. Stoic philosophy truly emphasizes self-acceptance and continuous learning as the foundation of confidence. It’s empowering to think that confidence isn't something you're born with but can be developed by embracing imperfections, setting boundaries, and focusing on what we can control. Thanks for sharing this insight.

The more I learn about Stoic philosophy the more I realize how much of this teaching is exactly what I am learning on my Spiritual.path. Although The Creator is not mentioned on stoic channels, the teachings are usually the same. I like that.❤ 😊.

Your insight is both profound and beautifully articulated! It's amazing how Stoic philosophy aligns with spiritual teachings, providing a universal guide for personal growth. How has integrating these teachings enriched your spiritual journey?

@@stoickingdom2024 Thank you for your reply. I am 78 and have learned so many things from these Stoic philosophy vids that teach Spiritual guide lines for growth. At my age, (78), I really appreciate how much energy is saved by not judging others or wanting to change how they behave. Being non critical also keeps negative drama out of my life. The best thing, imo, is learning acceptance of what is in each present moment. Lastly, good to not feel the need to convince anyone how my belief system works better than their's. Calmer and more content now that I have learned how to not react to life...."JUST BE" and "LET IT GO."...are great self talk now. Thanks for your interest. Feel free to talk about YOUR experience on your Self Awareness path. 🙏

That's an interesting insight. It's amazing how Stoicism, with its emphasis on inner peace, resilience, and aligning with nature, resonates with many spiritual paths. Even though the Stoics didn't explicitly talk about a Creator, the principles often point to something greater, a universal order, which many spiritual traditions connect with. It's like different paths, but they all lead to a deeper understanding of life and ourselves.

Is it bad to say no when you know that what the person is asking for is not too much but you just don't want to do it to teach the person.
