@@Moonlakes I actually played her quite a lot. She has a lot of burst and pushes well with Q and her auto reset, quite safe with spell shield and ult ms, and also force engage / disengage with ult. Champions like Rammus, Blitz, Darius, Hecarim, Alistar, Thresh, Annie, Nasus, Maokai, Olaf, Skarner all work very well with her.

Isn't the true of every champion in the game, though? I mean... maybe you could argue that with a champion like Ziggs or Caitlyn that plays from the back and also has an escape button, a misplay might only be missed damage that loses your team an important fight. But even with those champs, a misplay might also mean that Zac comes flying in and snipes you because your team isn't close enough to your position to stop it. ... I do agree that he's sort of all-in. Once you W forward in a teamfight, somebody is dying. Sometimes it's Viego.

Just one misstep would be all it would take for him to lose whereas a champion like Darius, Ekko, Gangplank, or really any other sustain or mobile champion could recover from a misplay.

Viego's kit is really similar to Senna's one (not the ult). Q is an AoE Attack, that heal, the w is an immobilizing spell and his E is a movement speed and camouflaging spell. They're the opposite sides of the same coin👍

Furthermore he was never described in a badass way in the lore to begin with. He always has been a guy that was to foolish or stubborn to accept his wives death and becasue of this he doomed the blessed isles because he just could not move on. If you ask me that sounds more like a character from a Shakespeare play then a badass.

@@lcintra_ I read the lore very receptively. I just heavily disagree with the notion that him only putting his dead wife in the blessed water basically doomed an entire landscape. I would have imagined him to have done something super sinister to cause something like that to happen. It's just a very weak trope to go off, especially considering that the ruined king himself didnt even possess any kind of magic or special power in the first place. Every other shadow isle champion before had to be kinda special and powerful in live before.

I called this build yesteday before he was released aka (goredrinker bork and tankyAD and he destroies them hard. That beinf aaid though bork + the dash crit item and full crit is also op af because of how fucking hard his ult. scales off crit. There is also a small but with viego and galio when you kill galio and possess him. After you finish possessing you keep his magic shield which is dope lol

Viego looks like he would benefit more off of a trundle style build, with more emphasis on attack speed and tank stats rather than a Rhaast heal/cdr build. His q is on a low enough cool down already, and his w and e are more utility than raw damage. Personally I think a Botrk first is his best option, followed by triforce. Then building bruiser and tank items to round out survivability.
