@@condorX2 well actually birth control and family planning is being acknowledged by people these days as in most of the house holds are stopping after 2 children but since the Indian culture emphasises on a tight knit large families and strong bonds it takes time as we are used to having such big families and soo many relatives ... It breaks my heart that maybe in the future we may not see such large fun families with many relatives and having fun with all the siblings but sadly it has to be done and the process has started
@cat_loves_curry51574 жыл бұрын
@@condorX2 it is happening in india, but it takes time as there is a large number of people who aren't educated..it's very difficult to get the idea across them as they believe more kids means more earning hands for the family.( They all live with parents like a joint family).if you look at the educated folks the number of kids are less..it's surely happening,but is slow..you can never expect the same kind of growth from a developing country as what you see in a developed country..being said all that I do appreciate their efforts in planting the trees...it's great to know that the village is doing it's bit.😀

Parents used to cut the trees they planted based on the child's need and sell them since those huge woods are costly and they fetch a good amount which is used for the child's higher education...

That brought tear in my eyes and warmth in my heart. So inspiring 🙏. I wish the whole world could learn from this village ! That used to be basics of our ancient culture in India, “respecting the Nature” ( trees , rivers , sun , moon, mountains, animals and every other thing that coexist with us and nurture us directly or indirectly) and “respecting the Women”, and hence praying them as “Gods”. But over thousand of years the “respecting part” got lost just the empty prayers were left. Obviously not for everyone, There are millions of people who still believe in “Respecting”, but unfortunately they get mocked and laughed upon for being a “tree worshiper” or “animal worshiper”. This is so sad to see that people pray to some unknown self made gods but don’t respect and cherish the mother nature, which is very mean of our existence. So happy to see that there are still people who are following and reviving lost essence of our culture !!! 😇

In India the birth of a boy is seen as a blessing form god and there is truth to this. The man who started this tradition is the biggest gift and blessing the village has received. The gods sent him to save the village from being consumed by their ancient traditions. And the real hero is also the man’s mother, giving birth to her son was the greatest act of her life. Without it the village would not be like this. I hope this tradition will spread to all of India eventually. And we can end female infetocide and child marriages once and for all. Girls and boys are both blessings! ❤❤

In India the girls family has to support the guy’s family, so it may have something to do with that, hopefully this village doesn’t follow that rule tho. If the statement was reversed, who want, ‘girl not boy’ y’all be praising them.
