I think that movies are going to be the only way to convey the story in sequences that don't feel squished together or cut off mid way through episodes. There's just too much information when it comes to mid fight backstories and important build up that an episode style season would (probably) not do it justice. UFOTABLE did the heaven's feel movie trilogy and let me tell you, if they do the same with demon slayer it is going to be absolutely absurd and it'll be very hard to find any new gen anime topping this

Also maybe it's just location but I've never had a bad experience in the movie theaters watching anime. Everyone has always been very courteous

Only the genshin impact anime by ufotable will top that. Cause ufotable started hiring freelancers for that anime too. Despite being an in house studio. On top of that the budget is literally unlimited cause of mihoyo funding. That anime is their top priority right now cause of how huge the adaptation is

@@smirg2975 it's still in works. Even the website with genshin domain got updated recently. On 12th of July. It's a slow burn project, it'll take some time. Cause it's ufotable most ambitious project yet. With all their best directors animators and even freelancers working, that too in collaboration with directors from mihoyo. Whenever the anime drops, it'll be huge. The only criticism ufotable anime till now had was it didn't have choreography similar to jjk where it's close combat. Even though they did that in fate a lot, genshin will have an insane amount of it cause even ufotable is hiring freelancers recently. And they are doing same for infinity castle movies. As for the genshin anime, some news should be out this year ig, atleast in the 4th anniversary. But the anime is definitely in production so nothing to be scared of yet.

I do not mind the 3 Movies, As long as the wait isn't super long between them. Honestly I think being able to experience the last arc's on the big screen will be super cool. But I do not want to wait a year between each movie.

4:04 Example and Exemplary, you had the right idea. Same root, Bruh Movies, I like it. No spoilers, having read the manga, I like it. On Production, I like it a lot. It can open up the schedule for turning out animation. It opens up the creative process, it's easier to develop new effects over a few months, then implement them over existing scenes that others have worked on over those same few months, rather than hit a weekly beat of complete work product AND build a sweet effect for the finale. Production and Budget can just take a bigger breath and really flex, and under better conditions hopefully. I would be fine without it being recut into anime, either or both. I certainly understand wanting it to be, you pose a very good argument, too. I'd even be up for having simultaneous releases, or an episode a week leading the last 2 or 3 episodes dropping with the movie in theaters at the end of the season. I'd be hoping they shoot for a Mob Psycho and have the whole thing essentially done when they start airing so they aren't crunched. A-SHARP entrance, for sure!

I rather just have episode seasons. Add a movie now and then. But going to the movies is kinda done for me. I usually wait till it comes out on dvd's. But I'm sure it will just go on a streaming site. Top it off with, it will be up in the air who will have it. So hope it's a service I already pay for.
