Can you teach or any tips how to sound like Elvis Presley 50’s 60’s 70’s. I’m a big fan of Elvis Presley
@kurtrightmyer7 ай бұрын
Elvis had a pretty high range for a crooner. So A4 minimum for the high notes. Elvis also could sing with a jerky, nervous style. It was early rock and roll so let it flow freely without care. A good, energetic song to start with is That's Alright Mama.

If you mean to actually have his voice then that’s impossible. Sure some impersonators can sometimes sound similar but never exactly like him. Everyone’s voice is unique like our fingerprints.

Ok, but what about navigating the break ascending from chest? Or starting in the middle?? 😮
@lisaia78776 ай бұрын
This one is easy for me 😮I expected that to be a lot harder

@@ramseyvoicestudio I’m transitioning head to chest mid note not between notes tho. Isn’t that the instruction?
@ramseyvoicestudio6 ай бұрын
@@lisaia7877 yes it is! But as always, there's room for nuance. You want to keep those transitions as clean and graceful as possible. Odds are, assuming you're starting from the Eb5 and descending to Eb4, you'll have some kinks that need ironing out.
@lisaia78776 ай бұрын
@@ramseyvoicestudio I haven’t sang consistent practices in maybe 6 years ? I used to sing daily and exercises daily for 10+ years and I recall one point noticing the sensations you explained in this video and working to correct that then. I believe at the time I did accomplish overcoming that sensation and I no longer experience it when I do that bridge down. I do notice the transition sensation in my voice and I don’t struggle much with making it sound smooth. I’m sure I could always keep practicing and making sure this stays strong but being that it’s been so long since I sang consistently I was really expecting having to start from ground 0 and lost the techniques I’d worked for back then

@mastershake42376 ай бұрын
Weird question. So after practicing these vocal exercises for a while, does your head voice basically become a stronger version of the falsetto voice? Thanks for these exercises btw, I cant wait to try this one.

I have a question. I was told that drinking cold water before singing can make your vocals constrict and have the opposite effect than what you want. He said warm water is better. Is this true? Does it matter?

Is mixed and chest voice the same?
@kurtrightmyer7 ай бұрын
No, mix is a mix of chest and head. It's just a part of your range between the two. But getting them to blend consistently is the trick .
@WideCuriosity7 ай бұрын
Wow, a warm up that you need to warm up for ? Hmmm... surely half steps aren't that difficult to spot when played in order ?
@ramseyvoicestudio7 ай бұрын
Not hard to spot - very hard to sing. Especially in this range
