A big help is a book called change your mind by RJ Spina. His work is based on self realization and the work is more easily understood. If you truly desire self realization this book will help you immensely like you wouldn’t believe. My husband is an old school construction worker and he’s doing this work now. It is very transformative work. 😊

Alex, You don't know me I watch but do not comment often. I had a strange knowing come to me. I can not explain how but here was my thought. Several show I watched your including yours fell into place yesterday. Ok the Infinity loop, asif it was inverted from the Oraurabourios. I felt very strongly that this ALSO was part of the inversions. As the infinity meets in the middle it resets us our system is supposed to be continuous as the snake eating its tail. The Infinity loop is the trap so to speak as well as the Karma belief is also used against us. Because we are not taught the truth of our soul/ spirit path. We did not have the true meaning of Oraurabourios or the Karmic path. The snake is continuously eating its tail is bad cycle and Infinity reset loop is good cycle. With out the knowledge of truth our path is twisted distorted. I will need to go back and listen to this man. He started talking and my feeling of knowing hit me. So I offer this to you with no expectations just to listen with understanding/ Innerstanding. I hope this made since. Thank You, Amazing work ❤❤❤

correct me if I'm wrong, my understanding about believe/belief and knowing. believe/belief leads you to desperation, disappointments, devastation, despair, judgements. whereas knowing keeps you at the center having known that whatever you see, hear, deal with, pleasant or unpleasant to you is just illusion, everything comes and goes because it's illusion. even compassion and not compassion are just illusions because there's nothing exist that's what i was taught.
