The simple route was grabbing the spiny shellmet (if normal shellmet equipped, damage from the spike under the locked door) and use the spiny shellmet to break into the goal box

​@amanwithnoname4657 couldn't hurt himself on the spike when he was wearing normal shellmet. Shellmet prevents it. Also, can't break into the goal with the spiny shellmet. The wood blocks with the screws in the middle can't be broken that way.
